Shabbat
Join our STS community for Shabbat morning and evening services as our Rabbi, lay Cantor, Rabbinic interns and members lead us in spirited prayer and song to welcome and celebrate the Sabbath. Throughout the year, we sponsor special Shabbat services, such as Shabbat Under the Stars and Havdalah, services which are lead by our affiliate groups, such as Men’s Club, Sisterhood, USY, Religious School and Early Childhood Education Department and congregational Shabbat dinners (by advanced reservation) which precede or follow services. To keep our congregation up-to-date on current affairs, we often invite guest speakers to join us on Shabbat. Congregants of all ages are encouraged to lead services, read Torah and Haftarah.
